Cancellation and Refund Rules

1.     All Iran Airlines tickets are chartered and non-refundable.

2.     Salam air chartered seats are non-refundable and non-changeable.

3.     Date change charges as applicable.

4.     Hotels are subject to full/partial or non-refund based on each Hotel's terms and conditions.

5.     Carriage and other services provided by the carrier are subject to terms & conditions of carriage. These conditions may be obtained from the respective carrier.

6.     Presence at the airport is required 4 hours before the flight.

7.     The passenger is responsible for keeping visa, passport, and residence permit fines in check.

8.     If the passenger wants to request a wheelchair or pet to be delivered, they must make the necessary arrangements with the airline 72 hours before the flight and in case of excess baggage request at least 24 hours before the flight.

9.     According to the decision of the governments of Iran or Oman, or due to unforeseen events, if the flight is canceled the ticket will be subject to a full refund or possible date change.

10. The passenger must be available 24 hours before the flight (via WhatsApp, contact number, or email) So if there is a change in the flight schedule they be notified, and if the passenger is not available due to the lack of availability and misses the flight, their ticket will not be refunded.

11. The passenger's seat will be chosen by the check-in counter at the airport.

12. It is not possible to change the flight date if less than 24 hours to the flight is remaining and in case of cancellation or missing the flight there won't be a refund.

13. Makurantravels reserves the right to update or change the cancellation policy at any time. Passengers are advised to review the policy at the time of booking.
